Fenugreek for bust enlargement?

I posted some info but some how i dont see it here...anyways posting it again now...

I read that some of the mexican herbs like Sawpalmetto (which is available in capsules) and also fenugreek capsules when taken 3 times daily before meals..improves breast growth...and with in 4 weeks significant difference is seen.

Also to make fenugreek tea..take 1 or 2 spoons of fenugreek seeds in water and boil them and cool it . then remove the seeds and have the strained water.in this you can mix honey if you want it sweet.

However eating the above capsules may result in bloating of body if water intake is reduced or less...try to do some research on side effects of these capsules before using them.pregnant women should not try any of these.

FLAX Seeds....when eaten (you can sprinkle themon ur icecreams or milk or smoothies etc..) improve breast growth...

also...VITAMIN E capsules....this helps in improving fertility and also the milk production in women...

pregnant women and people who are allergic to some foods and medicines pls do your own research before trying any of these...

 

i am swallowing the seeds of Fenugreek with water ..an amount of 1 teaspoon everyday to enlarge my breast but i dont know if its the right way to consume fenugreek for this purpose..so please can anyone tell me if it works??

 

ladies it is true that it will help,not knowing it before i used to take fenugreek overnight soaked water in the morning for a month and it did increase my bust size from 34 to 38.i was really shocked and sad too since my intention was weight loss. so i can assure you on this.all the best ladies.the effect will take a month or so.so be patient.:thumbsup

Even though fenugreek is used as weight reduction substance,dont think fenugreek alone will do the work,it has to be combined with dieting and excercise,so if you are on proper diet dont think it will reduce.
Divya ,fenugreek is widely available in grocery stores and its name in different languages are methi(hindi), menthulu(telugu) and venthyam(tamil).

hey divya just a teaspoon daily will be sufficient,and a water a bit more than a level than fenugreek.
