    1-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 40 mins + 1 hour walking
    2-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 20 mins + 1 hour walking
    3-Feb-14: 20 mins leisure walking
    4-Feb-14: JM shred Level 1 (1st Day) + 2 miles LS
    5-Feb-14: JM Shred Level 1 (2nd Day) + 3 miles LS
    6-Feb-14: JM Shred Level 1 (3rd Day) + 4 miles LS (2+1+1)
    7-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk
    8-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk
    9-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk

    02/07 - Pranayama for 40 mins.
    I didn't do at weekends.
    02/10 - Pranayama for 20 mins.

    7/20: Week 7 Day 1 of couch to 5K. Ran an entire 20 mins at probably 12 mins/mile. I'm still not a 100% ok. But I did it anyway.
