    I would like to join too :) I have not been very consistent for the past few months and would like to get back on track.
    I hope to exercise for 30-60 mins a day, so this is a perfect fit. I will start updating this thread from tomorrow.

    1-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 40 mins + 1 hour walking
    2-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 20 mins + 1 hour walking
    3-Feb-14: 20 mins leisure walking
    4-Feb-14: JM shred Level 1 (1st Day) + 2 miles LS

    hi, though i'm late guess i'll start from today. and compensate for the missed days in weekend...... guess i'm a bit lazy so wish looging the progress will help to make a habit out of this :)
