    Dear Friends,

    Challenge successfully done for 4 days.

    02/01 - 45 mins (Pranayama) + 10 mins (Asanas)
    02/02 - 40 mins (Pranayama)
    02/03 - 40 mins (Pranayama) + 10 mins of Asanas
    02/04 - 40 mins (Pranayama)

    Completed : 04/20

    walked for 1/2 hour grocery shopping.. brisk walk from home and back (30 minutes total)
    and twice took steps to 9th floor home and out!!

    Hi all.
    I have started my fitness routine.I have to loose my last 5 kgs of baby weight :)
    Past week I have been working out daily for 20 minutes.

    Simplest exercise is brisk walking. Weight loss is 80% diet though, so ensure you are eating a well balanced diet and at a caloric deficit.

    Dear Malathy,

    I am very grateful to you for starting this wonderful thread. Starting January 2014, I am doing 50 minutes of asanas, 10 minutes of pranayama and an hour of walking (3.1 miles). I feel very energetic and fresh. I will keep posting updates as I make progress.
