Feb 2014 Challenge - Exercise for 20 Minutes Every weekday

    Me into it.

    Danced for more than 20 minutes. Hope dance is included in it.

    Songs were Lungi dance, 1234 get on the dance floor, Batameez dil, Balam Pichkari. Lungi dance and Batameez dil repeated 3 times, due to popular demand of kids ;)

    Nitha.... that awesome... I am sure kids must have had more fun than you though :)

    dancing is definitely a good exercise to loose weight.

    I too have started dancing.... sort of Intense Indian Zumba :-D These day my fav song for dance is Kamli Kamli... from Dhoom3 .... I am dying to be that flexible agian :)

    1-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 40 mins + 1 hour walking
    2-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 20 mins + 1 hour walking
    3-Feb-14: 20 mins leisure walking
