Feb 2014 Challenge - Exercise for 20 Minutes Every weekday

    I'm First! Yay!!
    I got the wind knocked out of me in a one hour strength training boot camp.

    Day 1 done.
    1/20. (I take rest days during the week and workout weekends).

    didnt do exercise as such... walked up and down from 9th floor to G and also walked 25-30 minutes in the park with son (behind him actually as he was running all around)

    1 Mile LS walk + few min of Zumba ... total would around 30 min

    feeling tired now... but good :)
