Favorite TV actor

Oh!! Varun Badola is my absolute favorite!!! I think he has evolved greatly as an actor – to be honest, he was just a novice when he started – but his long stints in “Koshihs- Ek Aasha” and “Astitva – Ek prem Kahani” have helped him improve immensely!! The role of the retarded Neeraj suited the innocent looks of Varun and the confused, immatured and erring character of Abhi became very convincing, thanks to Varun!

Varun, I think, has spent his childhood in Ahmedabad. His father, Vishwa Mohan Badola, is a renowned artiste. The younger of Varun’s sisters, Kalindi, is a radio jockey and the elder, Alka, has appeared briefly in the tele-serial Kumkum.
