only one trick in portion control is, add lots of veggies/chicken/smashed or sliced avocado or a banana in the morning add boiled potatoes in your food/salad.. that will make your stomach full and healthy.
if i had my dinner at 10 PM, then will have a bottle of water, teaspoons of my favourite snacks , if so hungry then a boiled egg etc
I am in.
Want to shed loads of weight.
Current weight - 75 kgs
Want to reduce 10 kgs.
Started workout from 12th nov.
Will update every week.
BTW do u girls take rice/idli/dosa while trying to lose weight.
Good morning all lovelies ...Happy to see many great tips and post ... whatever you follow do it consistently ,... with KETO you can see quick results as it is carb cut but some cant lose weight that quick like others just like me its difficult to lose weight easily ,,.,,
But if u r consistent things will start moving but do it regularly atleast 21 days to see any results
Starting weight on 12th Nov - 65.5kg
Starting weight on 19th Nov - 62.8 kg
Loss of 2.7kg in a week now my real weight loss journey started
Wow! Great @blessbabydust . How is it possible to lose 2kg in a week. What routine, workout and diet do you follow?
My weight creeped because of too much sugar completly avoided sugar and any form of sugar
2. Cut off CARBS at night but added carbs & protein as Breakfast
3. ran 3 days a week
4. 1 day for 2 hrs circuits
5. 1 day for 2 hrs yoga and meditation
6. slept for 9 hrs in that week
But this week is going to be tough target for this week is 0.5 kg to 1 kg only loss
Main thing is be patient and consistent ... its tough but results will be amazing ... this week i will incorporate lil sugar and carbs into my routine ...
This is my sample meal for a day :
Breakfast : Warm Lemon + honey
Breakfast meal - Egg +toast + avocado/butter
post meal - green tea
Lunch - rice or three idlies + curry (small portion ) + 1 piece of protein
Post lunch - banana
Evening - almonds +green tea
Dinner - Protein packed dinner - Grilled fish with vegetable sabzi or kootu / Chicken balls with salads
Routine workout :
Run - 20 mins

My weight loss is always at a snail pace.
I workout for 40 min. Cardio and weights alternate days.
Started with 20 min , then 30 min, now 40 min .
Started working out last week, think may take 2-3 months to see weight loss.
My diet routine
Morning- idli/ dosa
Lunch - 2 phulkas with veggies
Night - 3-4 egg whites
Inbetween if i feel hungy then will have fruits.
I have gained nearly 15 kgs. Have to shed that all.
