join this club my target weight is 58kg lets do it together set small goals for a month ...
Sunday & saturday my bad food logs - i was very bad had KFC meal , poori /kilangu as breakky in two days .. today did 15 mins workout and planning to do 30 mins running to burn the calories soon will update my weight tomorrow . Weighing tomorrow only
My this week weight update
Start weight Feb-1, 2019 - 77.7
Target was 72.5
Today's weight 73
Total 4.7 kg lost by 2 months 8 days.
Next week (monday ) target 72 to 72.5 kg
Ydays menu was
Bf : idly podi and paalak daal
Mid morning : apple and orange
Lunch Kambu koozhu with grated carrot shallot and greenchilly
Dinner : Gothambu pathiri with onion and green chilly and chicken curry

Week 1 : Day 1
Morning walk - half an hour
Break fast - Multigrain puttu with Black Channa curry
Lunch - Water melon
Dinner - Chapathi and Dal.
Water Intake : 3 literes.
Meanwhile had 3 teas today.I just want to minimise Tea and Sugar consumption.
Will try from tomorrow.

Target : 58 Kgs (for normal BMI)
Today's weight 67 Kgs.
I workout everyday, but the food is my issue. Need to control my binges.
Awesome plating with multigrain and wholesome food ... 0.5 kg loss is an ideal weight loss journey !
Today's weight was 63.5kg yipeee thats great inspite of my crap week of junk i didnt gain weight
! goes again to prove consistency is the key, rather than one off cheats!
Happy to announce i lost 1.5 inch on my waist started at 38inch in Sep 2018 now iam around 32.5 inch yipee !!!
