    Last week was really good this week iam unwell so couldnt do much but daily doing 15 mins strict abs workout and i can see miracle in my body !!! every weekend i usually put on 1.5kg -2kg easily due to the party food this week was really disciplined and try to keep it minimum only put on 900gms and i have lost them until today as of today my weight is 63.3kg another 5 kgs to go more !!!!

    My starting weight in Feb 2019 - 68.5kg
    My target weight in end of Mar 2019 - 62.5kg
    Update :

    Target for Mar - 62.5kg (not met )
    Starting weight in FEB - 68.5kg Starting weigh in April - 64.4kg total loss of 4.1kg (recorded as of 1st of the month )

    target for April end - 61kg

    Current weight of today - 63.3kg

    My yesterday's menu
    BF Idly chutney
    Mid morning-strawberry apple orange grapes and carrot smoothie
    Lunch rice + broccoli stir fry with onion and tomato, mid evening 3 to 4 pcs jack fruit, Dinner Mushroom soup + broccoli stir fry.
    1 hour yoga

    Hello Ladies,

    Can I join this group?

    Though I have tried to lose my weight over the past few months I was not at all motivated after getting back to work.
    Now I am motivated by looking at all these posts.Hoping to achieve the target.
    I have hypothyroid and It is in control.

    Present weight - 65kgs
    Target weight - 58kgs
    Hoping to reduce a minimum of 0.5kg per week.
