WOW thats a great balanced food list ....
BF : Milk Smoothies with chia seeds
Mid morning - papaya juice
Lunch - grapes + chicken Spinach +chicken nuggets (nottie me )
Dinner - small serve of ravioli with salmon mince + rice with crab curry and fish fry
workout - 1 hr boxing n 10 mins abs workout

Good day !!!!! superb healthy menu and workout.
Yesterdays my menu was:
Morning Multigrain bread with kiri cheese + 1 handful of peanuts + 3 dates + milk tea without sugar
Lunch : Morkozhambu + brinjal fry + rice
Mid evening snack Milk tea with dates and biscuit (salt)
Dinner : Puttu and kadala curry.
Walking : 9626 steps + 1 hour Yoga
Water : 1200 ml
Thanks dear your food display is so colourful .. and well balanced food .. try to avoid carb at one meal .
Ysday's menu :
1. Breakfast :Only fruit bowl and 2 piece of gulab jamun (holi spl )
2. Lunch : Sorrakai kottu and grapes
3. Dinner : Rice with egg omlette
Workout : 20 mins walking

Hi @blessbabydust tnk u dear. Trying to cut carb at one meal . Friday saturday I dont take pics. will update today's menu. @Afresh colorful pic. Happy healthy holi.
I havent measured the weight today but started workout ( ABS and cardio ) @ 15 mins i could feel the difference
24th March 2018 : 30 mins Brisk walk (morning)
30 mins walk ( evening)
25th March : 20 mins Brisk walk ( morning)
Have to start posting diet too; trying to get in a routine right now
