Will update as i slipped off from motivation
Target for this week : 66kg will update on Monday
Ysday i couldnt do exercise due to my periods so will update on Thursday
workout challenge :
10 mins planking
Will update how many i did so
100 situps and lunges
I can never think of doing so many.
BTW , started my workout in november ,by the end of 3 months , i have lost 5 kgs,from 75kg to 70kg.
It was v.hard to lose, but somehow did it.
A week in hometown, no diet and workout, scale is so high. Have to start again.
Happy workout and cheerful weightloss to all buddies.

But start with 25 each sets for three days then increase to 50 next 3 days then 75 so on

Monday current weight is 64.8kg Awesome loss of 1.2 kgs in a week .
Starting my workout challenge from today for a month lets see the difference in 30 days
Would love to join you girls..had to reduce 7-8 Kgs.. lost 10 kgs in 3 months after 2nd delivery but due to personal commitments cd nt continue with the weight loss. Any specific format to post in this thread?
Will update my weight on this Monday how i progressed this week feeling positive
