Dear Lovelies , My dear friend @chocogal26 wanted a motivational thread for fitness 2019 . Every 7 days there is challenges ( exercise and food ) and we give points to each person .. Week 1 ( 31st - 7th Nov 2018 ) Exercise Challenge 1 : Exercise 15 mins workout - Fast walking or 2 rounds of lucy workout or 15 mins of HIIT or 15 mins skipping or 15 mins of yoga ( 10 points) Challenge 1 to be done everyday regardless of your period .. During period try to do yoga or pilates milder version. Food Challenge 1 : Must to have one meal as soup (10 points ) few to list : Moong dal soup , pumpkin tomato soup , chicken soup, mutton soup , Mixed veg soup,mushroom soup but minimal the cream and oil in it . Motivational Challenge 1: Quote a motivational quote to keep u going . stick that on to ur fridge . (10 points ) Logging your weight loss journey 1 : 10 points It is not a must to log ur weights or ur food routine but daily add your challenge logs Yes or No . My weight journey : Starting weight : 63.8 Kg NW ( just below your chest ) : 78cm BW (around ur belly) :89cm WW( around the hip - widest measurement ) : 98cm Height : 159cm Raise hands who all wanted to join but be regular and honest in this journey !
