    Hi agila,

    DSF has already started and the major attraction of it is the Global Village which is an exhibition with stalls from many countries..like india, pakistan, singapore, malysia etc...U can find things at very less price at all these stalls..Global Village is located in Dubai Festival City..I have visited there twice and I really enjoyed the Fire Show there...Do visit there as this will last only few more days...
