Exercises or yogasanas to reduce tummy

    Hi

    Iam about 65 kgs and look normal in shape. My problem is I have put on tummy after my delivery. So whenever I wear a little skinny dresses my tummy looks odd. So would like to know if any of you have tried any exercises to reduce tummy. I just have excess in my tummy alone.

    I do certain asanas everyday. But I focus mainly on the chakras rather than health benefits. But as unintended consequences certain asanas have helped to keep my weight in check. Two easy poses would be "Paschimottanasana" and "Dhanurasana". One of the contraindications of Paschimottanasana is reduced libido (which in my case was actually an intended effect though).

    But besides these I will suggest you do the Burpee Push-ups. If I have to suggest only one fat burning exercise, I'd say go for Burpee Push-ups.
