    Try this easy way: I’ve got a bonus challenge for you. It’s the ROXANNE challenge.

    ✅ Play the song Roxanne by The Police, and every time Sting sings, “Roxanne,” do a burpee! In between reps, jog in place.

    This 3-minute(ish) challenge will help you rack up 26 burpees!
