Exercise after Dinner

    Hi All,
    I have started going to Gym from yesterday. Since im a working women, i have time to go to gym only in evening. My question is
    1. When is the right time to do exercise in evening either before or after dinner?
    2. Doing exercise after dinner is fine means, what should be the time gap between your dinner and exercise?

    If there's any similar thread already available, please let me know. Please pour your thoughts.

    after you come back from office you can have snacks and then hit gym.
    After gym you can come and prepare dinner so that you have 2-3 hrs between excercise and dinner.

    Thats what i use to do when i was working.

    I'll try to take small snack after coming home & then i'll go to gym.

    HI,
    an hour or so before going to the gym have a banana, it will help you curb your hunger do not snack on anything fried or rice, have a fruit before you go to the gym after coming from the gym make soup, have soup for dinner then after an hour of dinner have a fruit, by doing this you shall loose weight easily.

    Hi Alpa,
    Thanks for your reply.
    I never tried soup & fruits for dinner. I try to follow this 1 fruit before doing exercise & for dinner soup & fruit. Im not sure whether i can able to survive with fruit & soup only for dinner.
