Hello friends, Please help me in finding good tour operators for Europe tour who provide Indian food. I'm planning to visit France,Switzerland,Germany & Neatherland. I have heard about some indian tour operators but a bit confused. So please help me in suggesting some good operators & the places to visit in Europe.
Hi, As far as I know many opt for SOTC especially because it is very organised, food..can be veg/jain/non-veg and a proper guide will accompany the entire tour.
Hi, Good to know you are planning on a Europe trip from UK. We went on a road trip to Europe around last Christmas and to be honest that was the best holiday I have had so far!!<?xml:namespace prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><v:shapetype id=_x0000_t75 stroked="f" filled="f" path="m@4@5l@4@11@9@11@9@5xe" oreferrelative="t" o:spt="75" coordsize="21600,21600"> </v:shapetype>We live in Kent so we decided to drive through Eurotunnel and mainly travelled around Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We had already done a road trip to Netherland so excluded that and France is on list for next time. I thought this road trip was a better idea than a organised tour as we had the complete freedom of what we wanted to see and where we wanted to stay. Being a vegetarian, I was quite worried about food. So carried some ready to eat food and cooked Methi theplas. So we did not miss much of Indian food and worked out cheaper as well!! I am not sure if you will consider road trip, but if you do so, I can provide you more tips and details Here are my opinions of the some of the European Destinations! In Germany We drove along Romantic road and was just amazing experience to drive thru Alps. You can find more details of that on the net.Black forest region is also very pretty. Try to go in either summer of fall....well worth the view but winter is a differnt experiance in itself!! I wasn't very much impressed with Amsterdam but the Tulip garden close by is a must visit place. The country side and the windmills are just a beauty. Zurich is nice city but quite pricey but the country side is beautiful. But we found Austrian country side much more pretty and yeap its definitely cheaper than switz. Innsbruck was just amazing and the view from one of the peak there was breathtaking. Paris is a lovely city to visit, pricy but definitely recommendable. It’s much better than even London and we had a cycling tour around the city & so was more fun!! Barcelona is beautiful city to visit as well and much lively. You can easily fly there for a long weekend and come back satisfied Guess you have got some ideas now. Can tell you more if you are interested...don't want to bore you Unnecessarily :bonk Cheer!!
Just realised you are from NI so driving from there to europe may be tiresome and not so economical may be. In which case you can fly to europeand hire a car there if you fancy!! :idea
