Do not open the gift of a person in front of the person who has gifted it to u. U never know what ur reaction of the gift would be and the other person may feel hurt by it.

Dont smoke when ladies & kids are around.

Dont change the TV channel without the permission of the other person who may be watching something he likes.

    Hi Huma,

    Thanks for starting this thread....

wanted to add some more points to this interesting thread..

    * when u say sorry look the eyes of the person and say it (it conveys that u really mean it) ...

    * be generous in saying thanks, afterall it cost us nothing...

    * in our tradition we r not used to saying or hearing the word "i love u" in our everyday life...but i trust that these words r truly magical in the right sense...they strengthen the bonds between parents n kids, husband n wife,... they help in healing the wounds in heart... it makes us feel special n appreciated...so have the habit of saying "i love u" to our near n dear ones who make our life meaningful...

    Hi Maha,

Your post is refreshing. We take our near and dear ones for granted, and never bother to express our love. Four years back after attending a training, I started
saying "I love you" to my husband and kids and found that they too were happy .

    thanks

    regards latha:wave

    Hi

You know what you shouldn't do when you chew. open mouth, sneezing, and talking are prohibited.

Here's how to chew your food properly:

    - put a small piece of whatever in your mouth

    - begin chewing with your mouth closed

    - breathe through your nose

    - chew as quitly as possible
    - chew at meals when others are eating too, then your chewing won't seem so loud.

    - don't talk. only listen to others while chewing

    - swallow the chewed food.
    - talk, if you wish, before placing another piece in your mouth.

-if something is caught in your teeth from chewing, excuse yourself to go to the restroom to remove.

    - don't pick at it with your fingers in front of others.

    bye
