Hi All, Does any one live in Concorde Manhattan? Please give me feedbacks if you are familiar with this project/apartment.
Hey Amihere, Sorry I saw the thread late, so the delay in response. We own an apartment at Concorde Manhattans. It is a very new project and it is about 90% complete. It is a big project with I think 15 towers, each having 16 floors. The houses are well made with provision for ample light and air. they have the usual clubhouse, 2 swimming pools, amphitheater, children's play area and the works. All parking is basement parking. the houses are quite spacious and each room has a balcony. let me know if you need any more information. Maanasi
