It is eternally true. In my case the nearest competitor, I believe, far far far away. I think it is something or only thing to do with self belief. Between me and my competitor there is only an opaque mirror.
God looking into the receding hairline, I might be reminded of using my comb softly through the remaining hair lest some more hair would be lost but that again is protection from headwinds.
This cartoon projects only male and competition if exits it pertains to only males. Since the mirror image is on a pedestal called success image, and the man standing erect perhaps enjoying making befitting statements to alter ego.

This quote has really impacted me. If not all, most of us wish to be a certain way but we are not ready or are afraid to leave our comfort zones and make the required changes.
