    Hi All,
I have already submitted some threads in this forum about my PCOS. I was diagnosed with PCO in Jan 2010. I took homeo medicines for it till Mar 2010 but had to stop it since I got transferred to Hyd. I had a lot of intermittent treatments but nothing worked and I stopped due to all side effects. When I moved to Delhi in June 2011 I started allopathy treatment of Metformin, Femilon/Diane. But I found only till I take medicines my periods were normal. Doctor asked me to stop after 3 months but I came back to square one. And I started having a lot of side effects. Meanwhile my sis got cured of her PCO from a homeopath in my hometown so I started taking medicines from him since Dec 2011. It been 9 months that I am taking it. I have been having delayed periods the last whole month I have been spotting and now having periods 24 days after my LMP. When I asked the doctor he keeps saying I am on the path of recovery and my PCOS is getting cured.
Today I went for a scan and my ovary size has barely changed. (very small change)
I am planning to start trying to conceive from Oct since I will finish 2 years of marriage but I am really worried.
    I feel like crying :(.
I am really worried if I will get pregnant or not. ILs has anyone of you conceived with enlarged ovaries ( mine is L- 15 ml, R - 18 ml)?
What are the things that I should do for next 2 months so that when I start TTC I can get pregnant without any glitch?

hi. a apart of your story is similar to mine. i have enlarged overies too. but the doc says its not always PCOs if you have enlarged ovaries. the 1st thing you need to do is a set of hormonal tests that are carried out on the 2nd day of your periods. just check out with the doc. those tests reveal a lot about your system.

first stop getting depressed. Keep your mind happy. There are many who have conceived and shared their success stories inspite of PCOs. Stress will only keep you away from the path of recovery and actually makes the matter worse.

Lift your spirits, have healthy food. Check your BMI and maintain the BMI. Take proper treatment by consulting a good doctor. Don't worry by thinking about conceiving as it will not help. Everything will happen on time so wait for the good fruit that God has reserved for you and continue a good treatment by a right specialist.

Lots of baby dust to you with my wishes for speedy recovery.

HI Manu- I did my test on second day of my Periods. My FSH is 8.3, LH is 10.5 and Prolactin is 13.2. Since my doc is a homeo doc he does not say anything at all. Any idea if this is fine or high or low.
Hi Mirmur ~ Thanks dear. I was not worried until 2 years since I was not planning but now when I am thinking of starting a family these things stress me a lot ..
