    Jola is known as Jowar/Sorghum and not milo. Raicha tel is marathi name for mustard oil

    I recently watched Sudeep's movie 'Shantinivasa'. In one of the scenes he speaks of the medicinal values of 'ALale kaayi' [I dont know if that's the correct spelling/pronunciation. Just put it down the way I heard it in the movie :)]
    Could someone tell me what kaayi is he referring to here? What's it called in English?
