Thanks a lot 4 your valuable reply.i am glad that somebdy is listening over there.my ovulation is predicted to be betn 29th and 2nd,we r trying.i want to kno is it required for me to relax while trying,should i avoid travelling or heavy wrk,nd also i am jst lying down half an hour after bd,is dat enuf?r there any precautions i shud be taking at dis time.and also i have read about preseed cream,will it help in conceiving,bcoz am almost going dry.i am planning 2 buy it 4 da next time(if required);-)

Moderate endo and Beta 3 integrin

I'm not able to get preg as I don't have a protein required for inplantation of the embryo called "BETA 3 INTEGRIN". This was diagnosed by a test called endometrial biopsy in USA in 2004. Also I have moderate endometriosis. We have been thru 6cycles of IUIs and 4 IVF's frozen and fresh. Still no result.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any altenative medicines they know that worked for somebody they know with a similiar problem?

I do not have enough information about this but i read somewhere that woman in early 30s could get pregnant even with less BETA 3 INTEGRIN.

never knew that they can even find this info from an endo biopsy... i got it done here in India and it just mentioned normal things as layered and secretive / growing phase

Regarding your husband's sperm count, you have written that "9 months after having ayurvedic medicines my husbands count and motility increased remarkably", please tell me which ayurvedic medicines your husband took for increasing count and motility since my husband also has very low count and motility.

Iam in your boat.Iam batting this cyst for 3 years now,did 2 laps,it comes back in 6 months,not able to fall pregnant till date.
