Modern medical science has improved so much that there is a remedy for such issues. So go to a good Gynaec and have yourself checked properly and take the necessary steps.

My friend had a cyst and had it removed and then was able to conceive. So take proper medical advice and you should be able to see the results for yourself.

Please donot worry, i am also having PCO for which the dr is asking me to do a Lapro . In india there are may ways like lapro to save our life . So dont worry and get tensed. from my expereince when dr talk abt all these we get tensed and we start crying and r not thinking of better options. See yesterday when dr told me to go for Lapro scopy i was shocking and was crying for a long day but then this morning when i woke up i heard some one saying may be this will be a permanent solution for my PCO. I browsed al lot last night and found that PCO can be cured by diet so i decided to follow it and got for my Surgery.

So dont worry my neighbour she had a big tennis ball size cycst in her utreus and now after that operation she now has 2 kids in a row of 11 months gap. So dont worry pray a lot .

I also have Endo, actually I had my laparoscopy done in Jan. I believe its the only real way to diagnose endo and to remove it. You dont even have to stay overnight in hospital.
I have two friends that had the lap done and fell pregnant so I am positive for now. Endo seems to be really common these days.

I am selling in the same boat. I have mild endometriosis. I had a miscarriage 4 yrs before and trying since then. I am 31 years old, married since 6 yrs. Did lots of treatment without success. Only option left for me is IVF. Every doctor I consulted so far shows me hopes that I will conceieve but no luck.

I am not sure if I want to try my last option i.e. IVF. Going through all this is very painful. I am thinking of adoption.

What abt u. How advance is ur endometriosis?

Regarding me, I am tired am procedures and treatments. I had a laproscopy in India in 2004, a year after miscarriage. I don't blame doctor it's my bad luck. Unfortunately doctor didn't told me abt endo that time. My hubby went to USA. I went to USA after 6 months. Before going I consulted to doc and she told me to try for 6 months and then consult to doctor. Which I did and then I realize that I am in bad mess. Anyway after 4 unsuccessful IUI in USA. I am tired of all these things.

Every month when AF shows it just breaks my heart. Anyway I just want to move on in life instead of chasing to a dream which I don't know will come true anytime.

Only thing I want to do now to help others who r going through the situations I went once in my life. I know value of a good advise which unfortunately I didn't get that time. Many times doctor just cheat us by not telling the full truth, suggesting wrong treatments. So if anytime u think u need any advice/suggestion mail me. I will be happy if I can help u making ur dream true.

Thanks for ur support. I am in USA right now coming back to India in October. I stay at borivali. I don't know if I would like to continue any treatment but still ...give ur doctors contact.

Best of luck for ur laproscopy. Laproscopy is the most accurate procedure to find out the status of ur reproductive orgon. In my case my fallopian tubes are open. Doc found endo during laproscopy which they removed. So if you go for IUI within a year after laproscopy it gives u best chance to concieve. So if you are thinking of IUI go asap after u get ur laproscopy result. You will get it in a week or so.

Timing is very crucial when u r on TTC. Endo starts reoccuring after a year of laproscopy. Your doctor may not tell you all these facts (my gynac who did lap on me didn't told me any of these. I came to know abt endo and all these facts after I consulted a fertility specialist here. Anyway... )

Most important think is tell ur doctor to tell u the results very clearly coz it will help you in taking ur decision. In india doctor hesitate to tell patient dignosis and avoid to discuss the facts.

Best of luck for your laproscopy. It's a small procedure will take half an hour. So don't get tense or nervous. Most important thing is condition of ur fallopian tube and how advance is ur endo. You should get the clear idea abt it after laproscopy. If fallopian tubes are block ur only option is IVF. There r few surgeries available to clear fallopian tube but don't know how helpful they are. One doubt...u haven't done laproscopy before so how come u dignosed with endo? As per my knowledge endo in stage I and stage II cannot be detected in ultrasound.
