Hi,

Has anyone been consistently trying this technique? Can you give us a feedback? This sounds too good and may be just the thing I need. I intend to start practicing it soon. Still need to go over the manual. Do we just practice the basic technique?

Results vary from person to person. It also depends on how receptive you are and how much you have faith in the technique. Please try it yourself now the website is well designed and hence you can get all the basic info from there by going to different links.
