    I need breakfast , lunch, dinner plan...

    Doctors have suggested to reduce rice and salt.. so can I replace millet instead of rice??..

    Be hard to digest.

    Is he diabetic??

    Rice poha, idiyappam, red rice kanji.
    Moong dal dosa and idli.
    Wheat dhaliya as porridge.

    No whole grains that are hard to digest and need enzymes to work on.


    Loads of green vegges all greens.

    When I had jaundice as a kid, I was kept off any masalas, salt, oily food, non veg, sugar, bournvita/ milo kinds.

    I remember eating 100% home made food strictly.. also a lot of steamed / boiled vegetables, spinach, fruits, home made juices, milk, curd, porridges, I think I ate idlies n steamed rice too. I remember everything being bland. :shakehead:

    Remember digestion will be the main issue and the related issues as liver will be underperforming..

    i have another very silly doubt..

    @ashneys said no Milo or no bournvita.. now i have a doubt can i give him "Ensure".. all these days he is coffee tea person.
