Yes shoba it is terracotta pot. The black base is enamel paint,gold is Tanjore gold, green is fabric, and the other glitters are florica 3D glitters.

Pushpa I got it from Palmaner which is on the highway between Bangalore and Tirupati. They have a very good collection of terracotta items, at a very reasonable price. You get items of all sizes, if you have a garden with lawn, and interested in decorating with terracotta items, it is the best place.
