Education and Experience

I know both Experience and Education are necessary to be successful in life. In modern world Education has become more important , only a Graduate is not enough double graduate is required. But with only education we cant pull on life. Experience is required.

Earlier people were not educated much but they had knowledge of everything and with that they started their career and got good experience . People who are educated also some only know whatever was written in the books , they must not have grasped what was written, only to give exam and get a degree they must have studied. But we should have basic knowledge of everything and also experience then only its easy to get a job.

Schools should impart practical knowledge also.

There are people who are not educated much but still they have been successful in life. E.g. Dirubhai Ambani Only learning is not enough we have to put into practice also.

Now a days while getting married also girls see whether they have good degree and whether they are in high positions. They might be having good degree and high position but might not be experienced. People who are not having high education also hold big posts and shine in life. So we should not see only their education but also their experience and if they are holding good position then go for that alliance.

People who are not much educated also have come up in life with their experience.

Very true ma. Just "education" as imparted in schools is grossly inadequate as we find out when we join a job for the first time. What we lack is practical education, and have to learn most things on the job.

Dear Ma,

Now a days if a person is not qualified and experienced if he or she attends interview they will say we need only qualified person. If he or she is not experienced in the particular field but possessed qualification the company will say we want only experienced person. Quiet Difficult to analyse the situation. Experienced people can come out with immediate solution to my knowledge than the educated one. You have well mentioned and used the apt word to this particular topic ma. Very nice.
