edema in feet and hands

    Hi all,I gave birth to a baby girl 8 months back but still I have edema in my feet and hands.Kindly suggest some remedy to get it away..Thanks..

    Have you got your Thyroid tested ? If that is normal then try cumin seed powder thrice a day with lukewarm water.
