Eating Healthy & Staying Fit - Tips

    Dear All,

    A very happy new year 2010 and best of luck to those of who are trying to lose weight. Some tips that i am personally following:
    1) Drink lots and lots of water ( warm water if possible )
    2) Eat every two hours ( small portions )
    3) Complete your dinner by 7 PM or latest by 8 PM
    4) Include a spoonful of flax seeds in your daily food either in the breakfast or meal.

    Thanx for sharing but the most important thing for weight loss is 30 mins of excercise

    Hello everyone,
    I am new here and I like the things you discuss here. These are important things to do to stay fit and healthy. I want to share my opions here women have to be active and energetic whole day they have lots of work to do. Except these things They should take some vitamins and suppliments to maintain their immunity and energy. These vitamin suppliment provide's us necessary protien and nutrients, minerals, enzymes and other necessary requirments of our body. They helps us to keep healthy and active..
