Hi Sunita Am happy that my tip was useful,I used to have atleast 3 dates daily in empty stomach every morning and it hasnt enhanced my weight gain.I am on the heavier side and gains weight according to my intake of food.Still having dates didnt make me fat,so I hope you can take it. Ami

Eating 2 to 3 dates a day donot put on weight thats my experience.i eat reguraly ,istarted eating during my pregency and continuing ,idont feel that incerese weight
i eat dates so.. Grind raw dates removing seeds with lightly roasted sesame and roll into balls... eating one ball each day helps in getting calcium from sesame and iron from dates.. regards Prathima
