eating dates

    hi all

    wil dates or dates with milk puts weight.? also tel me wat are all the foods tat put weight and those which does not.i don wana put wt. kindly help

    Dates with milk and also milk with honey during night will help you put on weight.

    Can anybody tell me whether eating dates (not mixing with milk)will increase the weight.

    people especially vegetarians suffering from B12 should have one date with yoghurt, when making yoghurt at night at a date to the mixture of milk and the culture and let is set till morning have the yoghurt with milk, your B12 will come to normal

    having dates regularly will help you to get your periods regularly with out even one day delay.Have one date every morning.It also helps to make your face glow if taken in empty stomach.

    Hi Ami,
    thanks for ur tip.
    I am suffering delayed periods problem.. some times it gets skipped for 1 or 2 months.. I had a check up done by the Gyneac ... she asked me to eat dates daily as well as include beetroots and other green veggies in diet
    I am having beetroot and green veggies regularly.. but was scared to have dates due to the weight issue.
    Will having 1 date daily increase my weight?
