I'm trying meditation. i learned it is better to cry than be angry. Crying clears your heart and gives you clarity. When I catch myself getting angry, I remind myself that sadness is the source 1. Sadness I didn't get the respect I deserve 2. Sadness that I didn't see red flags (because I didn't know they are red flags) 3. Sadness that society sides with a good-for-nothing male than a hard-working female List goes on and on. Better to feel sad than angry. Only then it is easy for me to move on...
Our body and heart can take only so much crying and sadness. Go after happiness as it is the only way you can find it. Try to find like minded people and groups for support.
