View attachment 164695 Ingredients: Prawns - 1 cup Big onion - 1 (ground in to fine paste) Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Method: Clean, wash and de-vein the prawns. Then to this add the ground onion paste and all the dry powders and the juice of the lime. Then mix well and refrigerate for half an hour. In a frying pan, pour oil and arrange the prawns and fry them. When one side gets cooked flip over and fry till golden brown. Serve with fried curry leaves on top of with and with a slice of lemon wedge.
