Ingredients: Onion—2 -3 nos (big) Tomato – 3-4 nos Paneer – 250 gms (cut into Lengthwise) Capsicum – 1-2 nos Ginger – 1 small piece Coriander Seeds – 1 spoon (must!) Red Chillies – 2-3 Turmeric Powder -1 tsp Red Chilli Powder – 1tsp Kitchen King or Garam Masala – 1 tsp Milk – 2-3 cups (must !) Oil - for tempering Salt - as per taste Coriander Leaves - for decoration Cut Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicum and ginger in lengthwise. In a Kadai, add 2-3 spoons of oil, then add coriander seeds, Red chillies turmeric powder, Red chilli Powder, Salt, Garam Masala ( I use Kitchen King) and add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and ginger. Let all get mixed well, leave for 5-10 mins and now add Milk, the increased quantity of Onion and tomatoes give you better taste. Finally add Paneer and coriander leaves. Keep in sim for 5 mins, tasty Kadai Paneer is ready and serve hot with Roti. Above given quantity would be sufficient for 2 person.
