    RAGI VERCIMELLI UPMA
    ragi vercimelli-1pkt
    onion-1
    g.chilli-2nos
    tomato-1
    salt-to taste
    water-equal amt of ragi vercimelli
    To temper:
    mustard seeds
    urad dhal
    curry leaves
    method:
    In a kadai pour some oil add m.seeds,urad dhal ,hing,curry leaves.leave it to pop
    now add chopped onion ,g.chilli n tomatoes n salt some salt(for onion n tomato)
    pour equal amout of water n add crystal salt for upma
    when water boiling add ragi vercimelli n close it with lid
    after few mins upma is ready
    u can squeeze lemon(its optional)
    taste it with coconut chutney

    BROKEN WHEAT RAVA UPMA

    broken wheat rava-1cup
    water-3cups
    onion-1
    tomato-1
    g.chilli-3nos
    salt to taste
    hing-1/4tsp
    method
    in a kadai pour oil add m.seeds,broken urad dhall,g.chilli leave it to popup
    now add onion n tomato add some salt to shrink tomato fast
    now pour water n add crystal salt.leave it to boil
    add wheat rava n stir for few mins then close it with lid
    after 5 mins upma is ready
    have it with coconut chutney r with sambar
