    Easy apple crisp

    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]6 apples
    80 gm maida
    50 gm brown sugar
    30 walnuts
    60 gm softened butter
    A pinch of salt
    A pinch of cinnamon powder
    30 ml honey/ maple syrup
    Cut apples into thin slices (crescent shaped). Arrange the slices on a baking dish of about 4-6 inches in diameter.
    Sprinkle a little sugar over the apples.
    Mix the butter, maida, sugar, chopped walnuts, and oats, salt & cinnamon powder to form a crumbly mixture.
    Sprinkle this mixture over the apples that have been arranged and bake in a hot oven at 210 degree C for 18- 20 minutes.
    De-mould from the pan and serve hot drizzled with honey / maple syrup.
    Could serve a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
