    Hello Everyone,
    After a long gap Am here again..Here i have shared easy and healthy wheat halwa.
    You can make this Healthy Wheat Sweet Recipe within 15 minutes. The taste of this sweet is very nice. You can use very less ingredients only for this sweet. This is my kid’s favourite one. If you want to make something different, you will try this Wheat Sweet. Definitely you will love it. I used jaggery for this. This is Healthy and Tasty.

    Ingredients:
    1. 1 cup of Wheat flour
    2. 1 cup of Jaggery powder
    3. 2 cup of Water
    4. ½ cup Ghee
    Instructions:
    • Firstly, make jaggery syrup. Take a pan, add jaggery into powder and water. Boil this at 5-10 minutes on medium flame. just jaggery completely melt in water. It is enough. Once the Syrup is ready, Keep Aside.

    • Secondly, take bottom heavy pan, add Half cup of ghee.

    • Thirdly, add Wheat flour in it. Fry it till golden colour.

    • Then only you will get excellent taste and texture in the sweet.

    • Finally, add 2 cups of jaggery syrup in it. Stir well for 5 minutes on medium flame.

    • Once it was boiled completely, Add 1-2 Teaspoon of ghee and Cardamom Powder stir continuously. Cover and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
    • Then Garnish with the Fried Cashew nuts, Raisins.
