Early Menopause

Hi,

I did my bloodwork and FSH is 36, doctor said I am in perimenopause and am 42 years of age. She said it is early and said I can look for options like Hormone Replacement therapy. Anybody went to early menopause and what are the pros and cons. She said bone density will decrease and I need to take calcium and do strength training exercises. Also my iron levels are high, she did not discuss about that though.

Anybody went through this early menopause, what are the cons of it. Little worried as it is too early.
