    Hi,

    I had applied for EAD in september month..Biometric test had done a month ago but still not got my EAD. Since i have 2.5 yrs of experience in software (worked in india). Can anyone tell me is there any prob to get a job if my EAD comes late?.

    Hi kalp,

    You can't start working without EAD.
    If your application is pending for more than 90 days,
    you can call uscis customer care #1-800-375-5283 and raise a service request.

    Hi,

    While applying EAD online, is it necessary to send the documents (I-94, passport copies)by post or should it be carried during biometrics? I read that the documents need to be carried during biometrics. Please throw some light on this.
