Duphaston delayed periods

    Hello,
    my doctor prescribed me duphaston tablets because of my irregular periods, and I was told that within 3-7 days, max 10days, i will get them.
    its over two weeks and i got no periods at all.
    i am married for six months, but i did hpt some days ago and it was negative.
    what can be the reason of delayd periods?

    As you are recently married , hormonal changes are quite commin which results in irregular cycle . I hope you must have got your cycle and everything is going fine by now.
