Thank you sir for your comments, yes, I felt deeply emotional reading the story. I read about the meenakshi amman and the Britisher story too, thanks for sharing such priceless ones.
You have such good memory sir about my migraine, it is on and off, I know my triggers and try to be careful, sometimes, it become unavoidable, like weather and certain foods cause it. Need to be more careful. I really appreciate your thoughts like a parent checking on me.

A story that I read is copied below which I consider a good fit in this thread.

To honor Meera, Lord Krishna himself assumed the form of a woman.

After the death of Rana Sanga's son and her husband, Raja Bhojraj, atrocities against Meera Bai by her relatives reached its peak, Meera Bai left Mewar and set out on a pilgrimage. While wandering, she reached Vrindavan.

Jiva Gosain was the head of the Vaishnava sect in Vrindavan. Meera wanted to see Jiva Gosain, but he refused to meet her. He sent a message to Meera that he would not allow any woman to appear before him. Meera Bai replied, "Everyone in Vrindavan is a woman. If there is a man here, it is only Giridhar Gopal. Today I learned that there is another man in Vrindavan besides Krishna."

When Jiva Gosain opened the doors of Lord Krishna's temple in the morning, his eyes widened with surprise. The idol of Lord Krishna sitting in front was wearing blouse - ghagra choli - earrings in the ears, nose ring, anklets in the feet, bangles in the hands, meaning he was wearing the complete form of a woman.

Jiva Gosain called out to the temple servant, who did all this?

I swear in the name of Krishna, priest ji, no one entered the temple after you left. You yourself closed the doors and you yourself opened them.

Jeev Gusai was surprised, the servant said, should I say something priest?

He said in a lost tone, yes, tell me.

A lady has come to the Dharamshala nearby who had expressed her desire to meet you yesterday, you do not meet any lady, that is why you refused to meet her, but people say that she is not an ordinary lady, there is great magic in her Ektara, it is said that when she sings bhajans, everyone loses their senses, when she dances immersed in Krishna devotion, she appears to be the form of Krishna himself, you refused to meet her, is it possible that God wants to give you some message?

Jiva Gosain immediately understood that he had made a big mistake, Meera Bai was not an ordinary woman but a great devotee of Krishna.

He said to the servant, devotee, I have to meet her immediately, come, wherever she is staying, I will go to her myself.

Jiva Gosai bowed down before Meera ji and said with a choked voice, today you have shown me, the ignorant one, the true form of devotion, Devi, for this I will always be grateful to you. Come and see for yourself the power of your devotion.

Meera Bai only smiled and followed him, chanting Krishna Krishna. Upon reaching the temple, Jiv Gousain was once again astonished. Lord Krishna had returned to his original form, but there was one more surprise. Sometimes he would see Meera Bai in the idol of Krishna, and sometimes Krishna in Meera Bai.
