Dubai Container Gardening

Wow! What happened?? I went through this thread and was getting quite inspired to start my own veggie garden and was hoping for some tips on which veggies would grow easily for a starter. and what I should watch out for............. Well, lets hope it starts up again.

in very hot summer (july ,august)u keep your plants in a/c for some time daily.

Hi there

lovely container gardening. from where do you get your saplings in dubai or is it the seeds that you have planted.

i bought the saplings from sharjah and they are growing well, will post the pics soon, however, one of my rose plants just withered.. i am not so sure what went wrong..

 

Hey, i'd thought that growing plants in uae would be a total failure coz of the heat. so i ended up with just one plant, that too an indoor variety...now aftr seeing your pictures, i'm going to try out... u said you got tomato seeds from carrefour, right?? is there a special section for seeds or you got it from the vegetable section itself??
