    Hi All,

    How easy/difficult is to get a Driving License in AD? Is it possible to daily commute to office w/out having a car?

    I got my license in my 1st go.
    Parking test is more difficult to clear than the actual driving test

    Yes you can commute to office but taxis expensive.But if you are staying in abudhabi city itself then taxi will be fine for commuting.Even if you buy a car remember you will have parking space and paid parking problems.
    It all comes down to where you are staying

    Thanks Dinny!! Driving Tests is Oman are tougher than IIT-JEE. AD seems to be lenient.

    Still, I will go with Taxi for now :)

    But one of my cousins who has oman and UAE license once told me its more difficult in UAE

    Can someone please tell me how to book my driving test dates. Should it be dobe online or should i get it done at the driving and licensing company?
