Drinking hot or cold water as the 1st thing in the morning - post your comments

    Dear Ils,
    2 ltrs water is enough for us but any body working in humid wheather & sweating a lots then they have to drink more water may be 2.5 or 3 ltrs.

    If you payed attention to her 1st repsponse it says she drinks "2 glasses 1st thing in the morning" one glass is usually 250ml so two would be 500ml; then she goes on to say she drinks 2 to 3 litres thoughout the day

    dr mathena satya narayana raju, a naturopathy doctor(one who cures in natural ways, hope i am right!!!!!!!!!!!!!) says 2.5 litres of luke warm water in an empty stomach and another 2.5 lts thru out the day. this quantity of water excludes the water er take during eating food.

    i drink 1-1.5 ltrs early morning.

    And it shows on skin and you can feel the difference toooo.

    Drinking 3.5lits of water....It will reduce your weight or not,I don't know(just kidding,it defnetly reduce your weight) but it makes your face to glow like anything...
    Believe me it enhances your beauty,it's my personal experience:)

    After some research in the web, this is what I found.. Drink .5 oz of water per pound of your body weight if you are inactive and .75 oz if you are very active.. Roughly multiply your weight in kg by 15 and this will give you the ml of water you should consume.

    As i have read some where that drinking water on empty stomach can control high blood pressure,Gastric,Diabetes,Constipation,Cancer...


    As of experts it's best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal...
