Dear All, I live in the UAE currently and I would be shifting to the Saudi as my husband is expecting a transfer. It would be in Riyadh. How is the life style there for Indians? do we have indian families who live in Riyadh? Whom do we need 2 approach in case we need 2 find a house in one such colony where indians live? How is the dress code in Riyadh? Do indians also need 2 wear the burkha when they step out all the time? whats the dress code you u women adopt there? Plkease advise me as Im skpetical of the life style there in Riyadh and this creates panic in me... Cheers, Sowmya
Hi, There will be a vast difference between the culture in UAE and saudi arabia but I think there is no need to panic.Yes you must wear the burkha all the time while stepping out.But there are lot of indians in riyadh and soon you will be able to adjust to the place. Regards sajitha
