Thanks a lot for the information.... I was waiting for it.....I am trying the addmission for my daughter who is sept 2008 born....I tried in Leaders private school, Gems mellinium and DPS.....

She got rejection from leaders...My hopes are gems and dps....I blocked the seat at gems by paying 500AED.....And taken date as 6 feb...but i got the mail from gems to take the admission before 15th of Jan otherwise cancelled.....

Now DPS result is on 26th of Jan...so i have to take the admission in gems to secure the seat in gems....If i got the admission in dps then it is total 1600AED loss....:bonk

hi pardnya,

like u only i too confused.
now we took admission kg1 in millem gems sharjah. i learned lesson that all the good desicison takers, big business man and all great man, u know, they all studied in govt. colleges. i feel gems is simple good ,comfort study to all students.

i paid fees 2100 dhs for admission in gems.
take care. take safe decision.
u know to fill 400 seats in dps school sharjah they have 5000 applications. each 250dhs registration. no refund. totally 250*5000=1250000 dhs. v.good business.

1250000* 14.5rupees=Rs.18125000.

dps school sharjah this year admission collected amount in Rupees.

Thanks for replying.....

I am also taking the addmission in gems on 16th of jan.....One of my friend told me that if we cancelled the admission in gems then they wl refund only transport fees of AED 960.......I am not sure......

If by luck i got the admission in dps then my total money waste is 1550AED.....(500+800+250):bonk....

What u wl do if ur child gets the admission in DPS?????

Thanks a lot for the information..I was waiting for it...I am concerned abt the admission for my son who will be 3 yrs 3 months as on April 15th ...I registered in Leaders private school, Gems mellinium and DPS.

He got rejection from Leaders...My hope is DPS. We registered the seat at GEMS sharjah by paying 500AED and now payed admission fee at GEMS Sharjah which is total refundable,if cancelled... except the registeration fee 500 AED.

Now I understand that DPS result is on 26th of Jan...by chance if my son get the admission in DPS then what should my choice be?DPS or GEMS? (considering he did better in interview in DPS then leaders) ..any help to decide on school? Am total confused:spin...Because I am geting good review abt GEMS too

hi sahanya and pranya,

if my son get admission in dps surely i wn't join him.
we decided to go with gems only.

genius r not born they r molded by us including guru(teacher).

u know any1 can c the full data of any child who applied for DPS,
1.no safety .
2.just looking great in teaching, only for fame.no reality.
3. always torchering the parents.
4. money minded.

If my daughter get the admission in DPS i wl put her in DPS
Whatever siva said is right..DPS is money minded,,,other things i dont know exactly....

But about gems.....
It also money minded school as earlier they distributed circular that fees wl be increased to 1700AED....but when lots to people cancelled the admission they cancelled the fees increase......

Now also they ask us to pay 500AED and ur ward wl get confirm seat...and given the date for admission as 6th of feb(not in writing....they ask us to remember the date and come for admission if we wl not come on that date they wl cancel the registration)....now forcing us to take the admission in this week only otherwise reg. cancelled.....

Are u sure that wl get refund of whole fees except 500AED??????

One more reason for gems as bus comes at 6.15 at my place..:drowning...

Lets hope for the best...
