in our office , our team which is basically web development has 7 ladies. son one of us initiated friday dress code for today. while coming across the ides based the dress availability we came to a vibgyor theme conclusion as we are 7 and we can wear all the colors. today some how people managed to wear , but one lady asks just out of curious . every one wearing different colors. how come it counts as a theme. So my question is does vibgyor comes under a dress code theme or not? whats your opinion. some of our seniors just started this to break the monotony but by the response we feel weird too now. rest of the team is looking forward for more themes on coming Fridays. only girl is against to it. i later thought who ever is interested we will enjoy leaving her in her own shell. she generally doesnt mingle up with people like coming to breaks having lunch together etc.
