    Hi Everyone,

I believe it really works and want to do it as my hairs falling a lot , have very dry scalp, it never grows since 3 years its still the same size.

As rubbing nails together increases blood flow so is it safe to do it in pregnancy? I heard its not good in pregnancy and may lead to contractions but I wanna do it. Please Let me know if it is safe and have tried in pregnancy too.

    Thanks all of you.

Yes it worked for me. Not exactly sure, if it is becasue of pranayam or rubbing finger nail, thank god my hair loss has reduced considerably. At one point i even thought i am going to loose all my hair. :)
I read online that the nerves near the finger nails are connectd to hair folicles and rubbing finger nail gives same effecr as a head massage.

do rubbing of finger nails also help to control cause regrowth in ladies of younger age around 20 or 25( i.e who suffer with androgenic alopecia before menopause stage )?
